We stand behind our product, and every effort will be made to provide the flowers you select. In some instances, substitutions will be made based on flower quality and availability. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement. If a suitable substitution cannot be made, then we will notify you. If the flowers you receive do not meet your expectations, then please contact us within 5 days so that we may address the issue and provide replacement.
