Substitution Policy & Guarantee
Thank you for choosing The Myrtle Flower Market! We stand behind our product, and every effort will be made to provide the flowers you select. In some instances, substitutions will be made based on flower quality and availability. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement. If a suitable substitution cannot be made, then we will notify you. If the flowers you receive do not meet your expectations, then please contact us within 5 days so that we may address the issue and provide replacement.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled by emailing The Myrtle Flower Market at liz@themyrtlemarket.ca or by phoning 519-397-2767.
Customers who have not picked-up their order by the end of the selected pick-up date will be contacted. Every effort will be made to get in touch. However, if contact cannot be made within one day, then due to the perishable nature of our product, the flowers will be released for sale to the general public.
